Avocado Egg Rolls with Cilantro Dipping Sauce will serve 6 peoples
- 3 Peeled avocados
- 4 cilantro leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbs of sour cream
- lime juice
- low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 diced tomato and 1 diced red onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1 diced jalapeno
